?? there is no seed because it's terraforming.

You should try world painter aswell. You can use topographical maps of real places and put them in minecraft!

I've got it. It's an aplication which does not need to be installed in minecraft but insted it works as an "outside" application to minecraft, so if you're going to use this you need to close minecraft before opening up this application and exporting maps directly into minecraft.
