We have actually attempted that, it was quite a massive undertaking without even being completely full-scale.

But it wouldn't necessarily fit with our current historical theme, so probably not for the foreseeable future. But thanks again for the suggestion!

Thanks! Not currently, our full historical maps are more for ancient architectural monuments, but that's a good idea!
As for the thumbnails- it's a multitude of various programs to create the final product. The custom pixel art was made by SevenScroll, the builds are exported as 3d models via "Mineways" and rendered in blender, and the title cards are made with a "Minecraft title generator" pug-in in Blockbench. And then finally it's all layered together in a image editing software.

To be completely honest, we're not a group because they didn't exist yet when PT started.
But there isn't too much of a difference between the two, groups allow for more clear collaboration with team members if they're on PMC. A single account doesn't really gain much more other than maybe the psychological difference of following a account rather than a group from the user's prospective.
