How to install Minecraft Maps on Java Edition

This is a map for Minecraft 1.9.2 and is also my first map ever. This map is a Puzzle/Adventure map. In the map you have to complete the puzzles in all fifteen rooms. Here are the rules.

Rules
 
1. No cheating
 
2. No breaking blocks
 
3. Play in Adventure mode
 
4. Have fun :)
