Just outside an ordinary Minecraft village sprawled this huge structure, those who enter have only one purpose; to fight! Welcome to the Bedrock Arena, an old project of mine that has existed since 2012, but with 1.8, I decided to update it to run more seamless and do far more cool things, like flood for example, if you want to battle a guardian or two.
It is designed for multiplayer, start by electing an Overseer, or the server owner in some cases, this person will not fight but will instead be positioned on the balcony with all the levers and buttons that control the Arena's functions, such as starting the game.
Once the two teams have been decided, it is up to the overseer how to score the players. To make that easier, I have added an auto scoring system which awards you with a certain number of coins depending on which mob you kill, you will spend these coins in the shop -which can be locked or unlocked at the Overseer's discretion- on new equipment and there is also a practice arena where you can test your weapons without fear of death. There is no goal, it ends when everyone has had enough or the Overseer decides. You could always compete for the Overseer's postion.
A good game type I came up with is to raise the grid and inflict the players with blindness, it's like running through a labyrinth with zombies around every corner!
Also, if you do not want an Overseer, you can activate the built in mob spawners for a challenge or use spawn eggs. It is really up to you.
If you have any questions or issues do not hesitate to comment or send a private message and I'll see what I can do.
Thanks and have fun!

Fixed an issue from 1.8.9. I apologise for the lack of updates, it's almost as if I was working on something new...
