The Cassandra is a Tinker dirigible headed by Engineer Patrick Oconnel. The Oconnels are supply runners and traveling workers specializing in high-performance steam cores. The clan is rumored to be involved in sabotage and tech' related espionage. The Cassandra has one of the highest cruise speeds in the air, and if you can handle an Oconnel core she can maintain that speed for days.

Additional Notes

Khanaris made some cool things, including the Airship Fleet Fortress in the screens.
Kitsuna also made some cool airships.
I thought I would contribute be creating some ships and maybe a flotilla inspired by Irish travellers and the Quarian from Mass Effect.

So I got this to fly around a little bit with the zeppelin mod, but my computer isn't able to handle a ship this size, nearly 5000 blocks.

Very nice ship. It looks very classy.

It might work with the zepplin mod, if the balloon is hollowed out and the lava and water is taken out. Even with that you would still need to up the block limit in the config file for the mod.

I'm not sure if it's that the lava is all moving, that it's sealed in with iron and glass, or that there's water tanks above it, but for some reason these cores don't start fires. I tried a different core made from sealed stone and glass, with still lava, and it did light the airship on fire. I had 4 copies of the Cassandra in the world where I build the Wardenclyffe for hours without fire, so I think it's safe. The Cores in the wardenclyffe are clones that should be fine also.

Very well done. I really like this design a lot. It looks "graceful" to me as well as fast.

Do you have problems with the lava in the central area igniting the balloon? I had to move my engines far out behind the rest of the hull to keep that from happening.
