In a world of sorcery and magic there lies a small village in the middle of a valley between the ominous hills above. In these hills there lies a cavern. But this is no ordinary cavern. These caverns are passage ways to different worlds. It is said that in these caverns lie the most vulgar creatures that want nothing more then to rip our flesh apart bit by bit. These caves are passages to three worlds. Hell and Heaven and then there is there is the chaos realm. Here in this realm is where all the destruction lies. What once was and what will never be again!
In this chaos realm only one goddess lies to control the flow of chaos so that it does not flow into the other realms. However now that the goddess is dead the chaos is free to travel through all realms. This is known in this world as the Convergment between realms. It was prophesied that one day this peace would come to an end. Now that Ragnarok has complete power and control over the chaos realm he will release all the chaos into our realm and completely destroy everything that is!
You must stop him from releasing the chaos or else he will lay waste to the entire world. The journey ahead won't be an easy one and will require more power then anyone could ever imagine.

Our resource pack is a mix between the conquest texture pack and our custom textures and sounds/music. The download for the conquest pack is below. Most of the textures i am not responsible for making. The credit to most of the textures goes to the graphics team that created that pack.
There is allot of music used in this map that can also be found in a couple other ADVENTURE MAPS but most of music we use is much more atmospheric. If you wish to find the music and sound files just open the resource pack sound file located via: The Convergment Pack!
Due to copyright issues we cannot release the actual pack for download as a separate file so we made the pack for the map!

Hello planetminecraft community. I am very sorry that I havent been active for such a long time but as you know The Convergment still had a couple minor bugs that needed fixing. Well now they are and the bugs are listed below!
- The hoppers not working on minecraft 1.6
- One of the boss sound files not playing when it should be.
- Resource pack not working for some people on minecraft 1.8
I want to thank every single one of you making YouTube videos and reporting bugs on this map. It means so much that people want to see more of my work. There hasn't really been too much talk about TheConvergment Chapter 2 because I havent really had much time to start another map off. But I am still wanting to develop a new part to this amazing adventure. The new 1.8 features allow me to make such a better experience for you all so make sure to keep checking back for updates and I thank you all for reading this.

I love all music, would you have references that I can find the original, particulary for : "blight", "alone", "end", "journey", "safe" and "creep"?
