Another skyscraper from Dubai? Your saying you have built the ones that lie right next to it? (Iris Bay and Regal Tower) Your saying you have no regrets for looking at the same place for inspiration? Well yes, yes, and yes. This area has one of the most creative skyscraper blocks I have ever seen, so I am building EVERY SINGLE ONE in that block, from One Business Bay to the Q-Sami Business Tower. This happens to lie in between, known as "The Exchange, this 32 story tower is located in the BB.A02 block in the Business Bay masterplan, near downtown Dubai. It is a very unique design, and an illusional "easy build" for me. It was extremely hard... Oh well, here it is. It has very little detail on the sides of the podium because of whats around it ;). Speaking of the podium, I am INCREDIBLY pleased with the result for it, and I hope you are too. The entire tower I am pleased with. I hope you are to... again. Let me know what you think!
