The Floating Villa a.k.a. The Floating Seahorse is a unique, floating, futuristic and luxurious villa. This type of villa can only be seen in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The villa costs around $3 million. The Floating Villas are designed by Kleindienst Group and are part of The Heart of Europe. The Heart of Europe is a development in Dubai and consists of 6 islands, which are based on European countries.

The Floating Seahorse has 3 floors. The living room and dining room with kitchen are located on the main floor, the minibar and hot tub are on the upper deck and the bedroom and bathroom are on the lower floor. The bedroom and bathroom offer breathtaking views of the underwater life.
