How to install Minecraft Maps on Java Edition

This is a "the floor is lava" map. I'm not sure if there are already maps like this but if there aren't this is new idea inspired by Craftedmovie's video "if minecraft didn't exist". If the command block doesn't work just go to the coordinates,
139, 63, 191.
It's pretty short so should only take like 5 minutes if you're good at jumping or an hour if you suck at minecraft.

Put the map in a rar file or something then upload it on mediafire, would love to test it out!
Mabye ill make a map like this aswell ;)
