This is a nomad/exploration challenge I have come up with for FitMC, a 2b2t player who regularly posts content related to that server on his Youtube channel, to be completed on that server Here is the contents of the book in a more easily read format:

The world of 2b2t, the oldest anarchy server in Minecraft, encompasses a total area of 3.6 quadrillion blocks, from -30000000x, 30000000z to 30000000x, -30000000z. A truly monumental distance, equivalent to about 3.6 trillion kilometers. That's more than 591 times the surface area of the sun.

It is a minimum of 21,213,204‬ blocks, journeying through the nether to reach the four corners of the world border on the overworld, travelling along the hypotenuse of each of the four axes; approximately 1/8 of the distance you would need to travel in the Overworld.

This journey takes a minimum of about 44.6 days assuming NON-STOP sprinting and no obstacles, mounts, lag, glitches, cheats, deaths, disconnects or any other interferences that raise or lower this distance or time. This is not a reasonable expectation. This is also assuming you respawn at the end of each of the trips from 0,0 to a corner, but that's neither the way of the nomad, nor a Veteran player.

This becomes 57.1 days non-stop walking under the same conditions, but this is not a healthy or reasonable expectation, as it would require you to never eat, sleep, or do any of the other things a living person must do. It's 228.393 days non-stop walking if you get exactly 8 hours of sleep per day, and spend the remaining 16 hours walking in perfect conditions. Like the previous estimations, this is not fair to any human being.

So then, here is my challenge to you, FitMC. I challenge you to reach all four corners of 2b2t's world, on foot, within a single year (365 days), and to document this journey within a book. You will record, on the first page, the exact date, time, and timezone on which you reach each of these four corners. The suggested format is:

'>Corner [+ or -/+ or -] reached on <month/day/year> @{time} [Timezone]'

Any pages following the first may be filled however you see fit, no pun intended, and I encourage you to document anything of interest that happens to you or that you witness or discover during this journey. You must also leave a sign at each of these corners to mark your presence, which you are encouraged to record yourself doing.

Make an entire series on this journey if it so pleases you, and I will eagerly watch for you to make some legendary history of your own on 2b. Maybe one day, when I have time to dedicate to it, I will make this journey myself. I am a fan of the writer Frank Herbert's Dune saga, and while 2b2t is no Arrakis, it is certainly just as inhospitable a place, and I'd like to try and not merelty survive, but thrive in it some day.

For these reasons, I shall hereby dub this journey the 'Fremen's Pilgrimage' after the famous nomadic, native people of Arrakis in Herbert's novels. Whether you choose to take on this pilgrimage or not, I wish you good luck. Stay alive out there, Fit.
