Hey, The project on the table is a spawn island hub. Somewhere players can either get onto a minecart, into a mech unit, or onto a boat or bridge, and travel elsewhere in the server to find things to do. Currently there are positions available for 10 builders, 5 redstone engineers and 10 terrformers. Builders will be in charge of building spawn island, the transport network, and several structures across the map. terraformers will be sent to two locations each, to reshape areas to be useful for villages/towns, and adventure-specific buildings.

Anyone who takes on one of these roles will be eligible for server op(lower) permissions, and entitled to use creative mode whenever they feel like.

Some players may be given higher-tier rewards, such as god-permissions. allowing them to spawn in any item, vehicle, or block in the game, including command blocks.

there is also a position available for one part-time server admin. this role is for someone to spend one hour a day on average each week on the server, checking on the progress of certain commissions or to just observe the server. this could become a paid position, with up to $5-$10 per week being paid to the player.

NEXT PROJECT ON THE LIST IS

Soon there will be a semi-realistic transport hub built on an ocean platform, roughly a hundred blocks from any land masses. The transport hub will have five platforms on itself, each taking players to one area or another on the server. There will also be a quicker, easier way to get to the end, but only after I have seen people on the server. Im not building end-game stuff untill I see someone actually get onto the server.
