100 years after the Heroes of Minecraftia vanished without a trace and the shadow of Israphel consumed the land with cursed sands all that is now left are but a few strongholds scattered through out the apocalyptic desert wasteland and the only ones that dare enter this dead land called The Waste are the pirates named the Sandlords.
Ruthless and cut throat these men and woman travel cross the Seven Dunes in dwarf built ships called o Sand-skiftso that dig through the sand with massive piston powered motors that rotate iron thick paddles and use the gale force winds to steer them. They scour the lands for wrecks filled with treasure, like plants, wildlife and water since all natural sources have been lost to the sands.
The Hourglass is one such ship. Under the command of the infamous
Captain Jack Scarlett, who is well known for his ruthlessness, The Hourglass sails head long into danger, willing to draw her cannons on any of Israphelo s minions and blow them to pieces across the sand to claim whatever riches they may hold. She is a powerful ship, having fought against Israphelo s armies and other Sandlords all in the same of treasure. With a full crew of scoundrels and thieves there isno t much that stand between her and what her crew wants.
I WUB IT!
Maybe come check out my texture packs and characters some time.
Age of Israphel is based on the Yogcast's Shadow of Israphel but is an alternative fan fiction world that I created to give my Post-apocalyse skin contest entry an interesting back story. It's a pretty basic end of Minecraftia, Heroes gone, Israphel ruling storyline (like X-Men's Age of Apocalyse.) I've always loved 'What if..." storylines and this is just my own take on that.
"Age of Israphel"
I personally would love the idea of Xephos and Honeydew having a showdown with Israphel, being so close to beating him then Israphel sends them into this kind of future (like Samurai Jack) and them having to try and beat him in a world that is full of familiar ruins and people completely against them. It would be a great second chapter after Shadow of Israphel comes to an end, which looks to be soonish. I'd be amazed if they did though. ;)
Anyway, the ship looks great! :)
I want one so bad!
