In an other alternate reality, where the United Federation of Planets is non-existant, humans have been scattered across the universe. The Longshot is a small pirate clipper (Longshot Class), designed for fast transport of smuggled goods. If you want something through a blockade, you're in need of Longshot Class ship. With a  crew of 12 persons, the Longshot has all the bare necessities to keep its crew alive. With a communal crew quarter, and private quarters for the captain and first officer, its crew will be quite happy. Just down the hall is the storage area and mess hall, which is equipped with three replicators to keep the crew full. At the front of the longshot is the main bridge (and the only one); the back, main engineering, the bathroom, and a transporter pad. It is armed with two Mk1 Direct Fire Photon Torpedo Tubes and two Phasor Cannons. The Longshot Class is not ment to get into a fight, but if it does, it poses a threat. After interviewing the crews of Longshot Class ships, I've come to the conclusion that serving on a Longshot Class ship is hell, but it pays.
