Ah. The Mage's Towers. Wonder what the mages are trying to cook up today. I always strange noises and explosions coming from that place. But I'm sure it's nothing worry about. They are some of nicest people you'll ever meet. A little on the cooky side, but overall they seem to be harmless. I will tell you those towers are the most beautiful thing at night. Some of the materials they used in the towers glow! Don't know what it is, but whatever it is, it's expensive. It seems only The Mayor and The Lord could afford a few pieces.

The Mage's Towers were made specifically with Sphax PureBDCraft, but it does look decent with others. The emerald blocks do make it look a bit off when not using Sphax. Also, The Mage's Towers are unfurnished. Although, they do have a way for you to make it up and down from floor to floor and even the attic.
