Welcome to Awley,
About: This is a HUGE Minecraft project I'm working on, I am an expert builder who loves working on rustic looking towns and villages. This is the land of Awley. It's going to have multiple bioms. The land spans 5000 blocks from one side to the other. I have flown across the island in Creative mode and it took me about 20 minutes, so you can imagen how much walking and exploring you're gonna get to do.
I tried to make the land as realistic as possible. Minecrafts generated lands are to small and are boring. These are huge realistic lands that will have you playing for hours. And Even if you think it's to much to explore, just remember that 1.6 is coming and horses move very fast!
Progress:
Landscaping: 85%
Cities: 5%
Population: 0
Structures 15%
Secret Structures: (That's a secret) ;)
Mods I might Use: I will use the Custom NPCs mod to populate the land with good and bad people and creatures.
I would also suggest getting the Dragon Mounts mod for fast and very awesome travel by dragon!!!
HELP: I need help though! If you're a builder (and a good one) and know how to make medieval/rustic/viking looking structures let me know!
Send me your structures along with a name you'd like to be credited by and I'll include you in a special thanks that everyone will see when they spawn and I'll thank you in the Credits section!
How to help?: Build some homes and structures and export them as a schematic then send them to me!!
I'll make villages and cities with them. :)

Back Story: Awley (Aw-lay). Now, they call it Solitude. The last remaining survivors took refuge in the lands. Now ruled by an evil king who is commanded by the 5 gods of Entrasia.
Awley will be split into different Nations
Plains: Nothing but grass and flat lands, high winds and mighty storms. The kings castle and largest city are located among these lands.
Enchanted Forrest (still don't have a name for it): Rich, thick forest, Elves live among these lands, building there homes among the trees, they are the most peaceful of all creatures in the lands. They Stand tall and mighty and are also among the most respected and feared. None may tred into the forest but them.
Valoria: This nation is full of mountains and forest. The tallest mountains possible, Mountains Of Kathor. A vast land that has little of the kings influence, but be careful the king is always watching. You will find cities and small towns to explore and trade. You may want to live among them as well.
Favoris: This Nation consists of small villages and the Kalithian Desert and Swamp Lands. Much is to still be explored in these parts, hidden secrets and treasures are among these lands.
Then there is the forsaken land. Large deposits of Lava and obsidian. A large volcano towers over the land, some say there are hidden treasures of the world before in the core of it. They say some still roam these lands, but they are not human nor elf, but these are just stories, no one has ever returned.
