The Obsidian Madness is a singleplayer beginner adventure map, one of the Pure Awesomeness maps by Awesomesteve. It requires some fair parquor and mild fighting skills, and basic knowledge of Minecraft. This is a simple maze map where you fight your way to the finish and use experience as your score. Half the fun of the map is getting killed by the traps, so make sure keepInventory is true. There isn't any story, since storylines can be confusing and hard to follow for beginners, but veterans are sure to enjoy this map as well. This map has a natural feel, with minimal decoration and random mob spawning. Please comment and tell me what you think! :) I appreciate any input you can provide.
