A slimmed downed version of the Riverpark in Shatin, Hong Kong, from 4 blocks (they call them 1,2,3,5) to 1. I'll build the rest.
This is my first attempt to make private houses.

The Riverpark

Flats of over 1000 square feel (very big to Hong Kong people)
A big contrast to public housing

Features:
Big useless balconies
Not very well planned floors
7million HKD price tag (1 million USD)
