Yay its done!!  Took about 3 days to complete, and it was time well spent!  The Oceanic is named after a ship called, well, the Oceanic, which this ship is HEAVLY based off of.  The ship is packed with detail, but, as its my FIRST ocean liner, it has no interior.
IF she gets a good amount of diamonds and downloads, I might make a Ocean Liner with an interior :D
