The Shops at Sota Stadium
The Shops at Sota Stadium is a shopping mall that is located in area 10. The mall is a small regional mall that opened in 1995 as Sota Mega. The mall was originally a 3 level mall with anchors Lord & Taylor, Nordstrom, and Bloomingdale's, with a planned Dillard's anchor. In 2006 Lord & Taylor closed and it was divided between Gucci, Louis Vuitton, and Tiffany & Co., which closed in 2010 and 2011. In 2008, Nordstrom closed. In 2017, Bloomingdale's closed. In May 2021, a redevelopment was announced to make the 1st and 2nd floors of the mall into a football stadium, and the 3rd floor into a couple shops. Some shops from the 1st and 2nd floors has to relocate to the 3rd floor, most of them will be closed, including some on the 3rd floor. The 1st floor of the mall, the 2nd floor of the mall, and the 3 anchor spaces was demolished to make way for the redevelopment. In September 2021, the redevelopment has successfully opened. The Shops at Sota Stadium currently has 21 stores occupied and the mall does not have anchor stores anymore and the mall does not have a food court
