How to install Minecraft Maps on Java Edition

Recently I created a map, called the TABDIM (Time And Blocky Diemensions In Minecraft) which is based of the famous televison series, known as Doctor Who. Including zombies as cybermen, creepers as daleks, endermen as the silence, and this map also includes the Pandorica! Hope you guys enjoy this map, and if you experience anything  out of order, simply report it to me. Play on 1.8, not lower, because it glitches out, and the signs gets messed up, and the commands doesn't seem to work. Thanks!

P.S. This is my first ever map I'm posting on PM.
