1.5:1 scale Tumbler and Batpod from the Dark Knight movies.
The Tumbler has a very unique shape which was fun (if a bit challenging) to capture in Minecraft. I ended up using a few more well-concealed dragon heads than I'd usually be comfortable with and a touch of WorldEdit, but I'm pretty happy with the way it turned out. The Batpod was a quick addition I made just before taking the screenshots,

Only things build-wise you wouldn't be able to do without WorldEdit are the cornered stairs either side of the windshield as well as some of the button details. The build should look just fine without these, to be honest.
