The Wheel......part 1

As promised I pieced together the wheel. since Im not smart enough to package the parts and builds I am going to be a tool and do 2 uploads.

Included in this schematic: the parts, an 8 wheel fully lit and laddered construction, a 2 wheel "dirty" construction.

part 2 will be only the construction.

thx for all the views, hope everyone enjoys it..... cuz cleaning the construction of the overlaying parts made my head hurt!

got a few comments/ideas like space station or underwater complex as good uses... total height with topper is 79, a straight on the water placement cuts off the topper only.
