The World of Norrath from Everquest, by trydar
its finished! ... (collapses)
im making this primarily for myself, as a long term personal world to build out in detail the old zones of everquest and whatever else I want to put in it. but when its done (basic terrain with trees) ill be sharing it as a blank world for people to build in.
the world size is about 18,600 x 11,500 blocks in scale.

you can download the version that is just the terrain itself right now, but im still working on building structures for it. currently im building freeport, the commonlands and befallen. when those are partially done, ill be putting up another download.

Thank you for the link. There are just some things that stay with you for a lifetime. EQ1 is one of those things. I really do mean thank you. I'm going to share this with my old EQ friends. They have Java still.
eq1 will always have a soft spot in my heart, not just for the game, but for the unique people I met along the way. I hope your friends enjoy the map, if you link them my channel along with this page id love to hear what they think about what im doing because mostly people just download my work and I never get much feedback. =D
