'"And out of the portal that had scarred our lands did the daemons rise, spewing forth fire and sulphur as they screamed and burnt down our little town. I could do nothing but stand and watch them from my post on the perimeter, watching running around in a blooded fury and taking captives back through the portal. They were innumerous, red-skinned horned daemons of which I have never heard nor seen of before in the Overworld."
- Steve, Sole survivor of the daemon raid
And so I, BlueberryJoint, bring to you the beginnings of my Nether Empire, the Throne of Kalthorin, the Scourge of the Overworld.
For we've all seen a Nether fortress, lying abandoned within the Nether. Little scavenger pigman running around trying to catch themselves a glimpse of the daemons who once occupied them, blazes still foating about as if to obey their once present masters. But they don't realise that their masters have moved on, been thrown back into chaos amongst themselves.
One such daemon is Kalthorin, the Scourge of the Overworld. Taking his army back into his domain, he had crafted himself an empire worthy of envy, decadence, and vanity. From here he sends his underlings to raid the overworld, taking captives to feed to the underdogs lest they refuse to work under his rule.
Lastly, this is my first entry in anything to do with PMC. Why? Well, I usually build on multiplayer and things like this never really caught my attention. I am however an avid fan of netherbrick, and have used it ever since I started playing. There's just something about it that is so appealing, so mesmerizing, so beautiful. And so I've decided to attempt a build for the enjoyment of all. Myself, included. I do love anything Nether.
