This is a Tic Tac Toe game that I built in 3 days a couple weeks ago. One important thing is the lights next to the numbers indicate which sides turn it is. So don't say one side doesn't work. It is very fast with it at the slowest I believe is around 8 - 12 ticks. If there is a problem with the reset (Which there shouldn't be but just in case) There is a orange circut and in the very back of the orange circut will be a button. All you have to do is press it.
