Here is my take on the Tic-Tac-Toe (also known as naughts and crosses) game.
This uses command blocks with very and I mean VERY little redstone and the best part is the display isn't connected to any redstone!
Let me know what you dudes and dudettes think of it
NOTE
This was built in snapshot 14w05b (this should work in snapshot 14w03a and above but I haven't tested) which makes the use of the new command block commands!
