Here's a project I've been working on, approximately 80% complete. The exterior is mostly done, but the interior still needs a lot of work.
It's located on the Rawcritics Minecraft server:

Feel free to come check it out. To get to it from the main server hub, go to -> Creative -> Flatlands -> Modern City, and it's not far from there (to orient yourself, one of the pictures below has a shot of the build taken from the Modern City spawn-in point).

Update Aug 4 2012: schematic is now available for download. Sorry for it not being available earlier. It's about 85% complete on the exterior, but the inside is mostly unfinished. Enjoy!
