how did you pull off that nether portal?

I'm actually quite proud of that feature. I filled the entire frame with white wool, then I used worldedit (//replace wool 90) to change the wool into nether portal. If you just got nether portal and tried placing it into a huge portal it wouldn't work because you can't place nether portal blocks next to each other.
