IMPORTANT! THERE ARE 2 RESOURCE PACKS REQUIRED FOR THIS MAP TO WORK
In the world download there are 2 files, one with the map inside and the other with 2 resource packs. One resource pack is for the player and the other is for the Enderman. Make sure that before starting you have the right resource pack equipped.


Tome Raider is a 2 player PvP survival horror map, based around a randomly generated maze! One person plays as the Player, and it is their goal to find and read all 5 books found on lecterns throughout the maze. Reading a book will grant the Player a spell that will help them avoid the Endermans grasp for a while longer. After all 5 books have been read, the Player must then find 4 End Portal Frames and fill them with Eyes of Ender to upgrade their spells, allowing them to damage the Enderman. Kill the Enderman to win!

The Endermans goal is to stop the player from getting the books, using his teleportation abilities and Focus Vision to advance quickly on the player.

I recommend looking at the tutorials for the game before playing, because some of the mechanics are quite confusing without context.

AT LEAST 2 PLAYERS ARE REQUIRED FOR THE GAME TO START!
If there are more than 2 players, the map will randomly pick 2 people to play and set the rest as spectators.

For the best experience play with moody lighting, particles on, music off, but every other sound on.
