Here is my Stark mansion in Minecraft Java edition 1.20.2, it is not even close to being finished yet but I thought I would post this.

As I just said it's not finished so please do not bug me for a download in the comments.

2 bars
6 bedrooms
9 bathrooms
1 gym
1 sauna
1 garage/workshop
