Level 9 : Apprentice Crafter

Another Construction of my own Design. Sitting at 118 blocks high it contains 12 Economy rooms in the basement, 4 General Rooms, 1 Executive suite, dining area, an observation deck and a Penthouse. It took me about 5 hours to complete the outer shell. It then sat hallow for a week or two before my girlfriend told me to put floors and rooms.
