This is a challenge map please watch the video for the story behind it.
The challenges are there to give you some goals to work towards
it is not compulsory to complete them but have a go,
All challenges should be possible if you come across a challenge that is not please leave a comment and i will update.
Other than that have fun :)

Rules


  1. No mods allowed this is designed to play vanilla, texture packs allowed
  2. you are not allowed to swim more than 10 blocks that does not count diving.
  3. you are not allowed to swim from island to island.
  4. once you leave the start area you are not allowed to return to it (the pirates will get ya)


Challenges

Spoiler
  1. build a small shelter out of view.
  2. upgrade shelter to house.
  3. upgrade house to fortress with defenses against pirate attacks.
  4. place 10 mob traps around your fortress to protect you from pirates
  5. kill 20 mobs with your traps.
  6. never get caught away from you fortress at night( on same island allowed )
  7. kill 20 pirate zombies
  8. kill 20 pirate skeletons
  9. kill 20 pirate suicide bombers (creepers)
  10. extend the island big enough to fit the following on
  11. a wall atleast 10 blocks high and all the way around you fortress with a piston gate to secure it
  12. 2 farms 1 for all the natural resources ie:- wheat, sugar cane, and 1 farm for animals.
  13. build a linear man made forest of at least 40 trees must be outside the wall.
  14. build a crafting workshop.
  15. build a library.
  16. build a brewery
  17. build a signal fire at least 15 blocks high ( must be lit at all times)
  18. build an armory with 1 of each weapon and each armor set in(place in chests)
  19. build a supply bunker (just in case you need to lock yourself down) enough resources to last 1 week.(gametime :) )
  20. build a nether portal on another island
  21. kill 2 mob spawner (nether or normal map)
  22. build a docks with 5 boats( crafted boats)
  23. collect 100 pieces of wool and make a giant chess board in the ocean.
  24. devise a clever way to entertain yourself (love to see screenshots)
  25. kill the ender dragon( optional as i know a lot of you have already done this numerous times)
