I can attest to the fact that this project wasn't stolen from another world save. And I have several points of info that back it up.

1. I have seen it with my own eyes and I routinely play on the server where this is. Am willing to provide for the Moderator but not publicly as its a private server.

2. If you look at the two side by side. the comparison is extremely different. The roots and the top are both different. You can hardly claim a trunk of a tree as stolen without looking like a retard.

3. It couldn't be a world save redo because the biomes surrounding the two are very different as well.

Last reasons are opinionated so they don't count as evidence but I feel I should say them anyways.

4. As Mind was saying, two people can have similar ideas. I have seen several different giant trees in projects. All slightly differing. Tell me, how many millions of Minecraft players have though of making castles, the U.S.S. Enterprise or any other major project. A treehouse is a common and easy idea.
