You could at least mention that its for 1.16 next time, it sucks to download and find out that its not for your game version.

I downloaded this world but when I load it I am in spectator mode only. When I Re-create the world I am spawned in an ocean world with nothing on it. How do I play this world on Survival or Hardcore?

Use the "Open to LAN" option and enter "ON" under "Allow Cheats". Then, press "F3" followed by "F4" until the "Survival" option. Okay, now you can enjoy the game in survival.
