Hey!
After almost one year of building it (with many long pauses and often little motivation), my new ship, the TSS Leonardo, is finally finished!
Originally, I wanted to post it in the summer (I started it in the easter holiday last year, I was in Italy and a picture of the SS Michelangelo I saw in a restaurant there inspired me). Sadly I had either no time, no motivation or both for months until I finally decided to continue building this ship in late October. In early November, a voyage on the QM2 inspired me even more (especially for the dining room). At that time, I thought that it would be finished on christmas - but sadly, it took much longer. Anyway, now it is done.
I usually name my ships "Sunshine ..." but Pranay did not like the planned name for it (Sunshine Duke) and suggested Leonardo.
The TSS Leonardo is the biggest ship I've ever built. Also, I am going to build multiple versions of it, a 1970s version with a new sun deck for example and maybe a 1990s version with balconies but I am not sure about this. Also, it will probably get a sister ship with some interior (and probably exterior) changes.
Building Team:
Submarinebuilder - the exterior, most of the interior
LordWernon82 (Lord_Wernon) - Help with the interior (a few suites and some public rooms)
DiaGoneAll - Some help with the library
