Under City Prison

When the citybase was generated there was a 5 block layer of land underneath that was never used, i decided to create an under city out of it. What better place for a prison. Also there is a nifty switch that opens and closes all the doors at once.

EDIT: On the server my friend runs we have been working on a giant city (Circuli Civiaem) - soon to be death match arena - for the past 6 months or so. It is almost complete now and will be uploaded to the public for download soon! This is a part of that city.
