Sure, there's a free program called MCEdit. It's somewhat user friendly, only the very complicted functions which you won't need should give you any problems. I would start using it by importing a castle or something to get the hang of it. It also has basically all the functions of World Edit, but you'll really only need to import and paste a schematic, then SAVE in order to put stuff like this into your world save. After you used it, then you might try importing this place. The reason I say to import a different schematic before this one, is because this one is supposed to be underwater and it can be a bit tricky to place it so that the sea level matches up as well as the sea floor.
