So... silly me, I lost the original map. :) So I'm remaking it, but I'll make it better since I have gotten better at building! Let me begin with:
This map is recreated based on the fan game 'Undertale 0 - The First Human' on the game jolt site, that's been recently changed to CHARA: the last hope. Find it here: https://gamejolt.com/games/undertale-0-the-first-human/108039 but It's my interpretation!
The map takes place in 201X, where you play the first human to fall into the underground, mostly known as 'Chara'. This map has special items that you need for the map to work Properly! Hello!
Summer here, I'm back with an update!
Over the past three days, I've been able to get:
+World Edit to help make building faster
+The Ruins finished
+Redstone in the first bit to work properly!
-Ran into an issue with Day time cycle, will fix hopefully by next update, or the end of the Snowdin Update.
I have moved onto Snowdin, and it will be kind of difficult, mostly because of how big it is. I will get through though!
I also will be having the Map available for download once I finish Snowdin, which will hopefully be faster now that I can use World Edit.

Sorry for my late reply, but I'm glad to have some help here.
To answer your question, yes!
The map will be downloadable at somepoint, I don't know when I'll initially release the map for public download, but I hope it'll be somepoint after Snowdin.
