If I hadn't been down to the wire on time o build when the To the Stars! project was going on, I would have submitted this instead of what I ended up submitting.

The successor of the USSX Nova spaceship, the Railman is much bigger in size and much more specialized for prolonged military use.
The ship is self-sustaining, with a farm area with trees, crops, and animals. This makes an enemies' plan to starve out the crew would not work.
The ship is named the Railman due to its main weapons systems: railguns. These large electromagnetic guns shoot out highly explosive projectiles at more than 1500 MPH. On the ship there are 8 of them, 2 on each of the main wings, 1 on each of the rear wings, and a main gun in the front and a secondary gun in the back. There are controls rooms for the main and secondary guns due to their large size and need for extreme accuracy.
Railman is large enough to support a full crew with on-board cadets. Each of the commanding officers of the gunners, the marines, the mechanics, and the farmer has their own private room that is also a large cryofreeze chamber. There is a mess hall and the rear wings house the cadet quarters and the crew quarters.
Also onboard the ship are a shield generator, an engine room, the bridge, and a reactor room, as well as washhouses for both genders.
