Added Hangar and Saber fighter in for repair on left cannon, which is why it is laying near the jet and not on it.

You should get really creative and make a Halo Wars UNSC base, and use redstone doors to simulate the entrance to the base like on Halo Wars

You should watch some YouTube videos of a working Halo Wars UNSC Base then. You could get it working quite realistically on Feed The Beast.
