Playing on the Vindicta UK server (http://www.planetminecraft.com/server/vindictacraft-1916266/) I spent about two-three hours working on this. I've decided on it being a library, and the style is modern Asian (thank you Ferox for the suggestion as to what it is, and thanks Dusty for pinpointing a style).
Interior photographs will be added later, as I still need to furnish it.
