Hello everyone,
It’s been a few years since I first shared the "Utlow (War Zone)" map. Since then, I’ve decided to take the project in a new direction, breathing life back into the city as it recovers from its tumultuous past.

The Story of Utlow
Utlow is a fictional city located in Eastern Europe, devastated by armed conflict in the past. Once a thriving community, much of its infrastructure was destroyed or severely damaged during the war. However, after years of struggle, the city is now in the midst of a remarkable transformation.
Today, Utlow is being rebuilt, with modern post-Soviet architecture emerging alongside traces of its former self. The rebuilding process is still ongoing, and while many buildings have been restored, the city retains a unique blend of architectural styles, reflecting the history and resilience of the region.
Current Status of the Project
At this stage, the map is not yet available for download. I will post a link to the downloadable version once the project progresses further.
