Project Overview
I have begun and have been working on a one to one scale replica of the Vancouver "Downtown Area", which for my purposes consists of the entire peninsula, from Downtown through Stanley Park.
Currently I am working from the north end of Downtown inwards and then south, though some pockets might be made on their own.
The entire island will have two versions, as well: after completion, I will wreck it and terraform abundant foliage for a life after humans style survival map.
Update logs will feature general status updates and building showcases.
Feedback is encouraged, particularly if you're familiar with the city. You can also contact me for any other reason, such as questions. I am still considering opening the project up to assistance, but am reluctant as I lack leadership skill, and the project involves tedious measurement and replication that may be boring to most.
World downloads will be available at certain completion milestones.

Current work is focused on the Downtown area. Hotel Vancouver is mostly finished, and multiple downtown skyrises or skyscrapers are laid out or mostly completed, but detailwork is yet to be done. The large building work is satisfying, and it is satisfying progress.
I'll probably restrain from many updates for a while, due to the sheer amount of needed work and fact that I can't complete every building individually, but rather in batches. See you then!
