this system needs:


-you should use the latest snapshot


-no Mods


-just redstone and commandblocks

-don´t overwrite custom names of mobs and etitys

-supports every entity (even players) ,but every single entity have to be addet to the commandblocks

-use invisible armorstands as healthbarhologramm

-also have colors for more RPG feeling

if you ment ,that I could place the healthbar above the heat ,then I have two issuse for you to deal with 


1.It may overlay your name 


2. I´m using armorstands to avoid seeing anything exept of the name display of the armorstand ,and the armorstand have a hitbox ,so if you´re standing inside a hitbox you can´t right klick anything anymore that means you can´t activate buttons and stuff
