What it does?
This is similar to the Voxel Sniper plugin for minecraft servers but with this you put the commands in a book. This will allow you to spawn structures.
The video will show you better if you wish to watch it.

Uses -
1. Messing around with terrain.
2. Creating custom commands.
3. Your mind is the limit!
