I thought this was a unique idea but it did not turn out as well as I imagined but it was still fun to build.
This build features seven houses, a helipad, CEO house, town council, Monorail and nice entrance.
When you spawn you will see the entrance open and if you walk straight on there will be a staircase to the portcullis control room and flip the lever to close it.
