This is a quick little Command Creation. I DID NOT!!!! Create the Command I merely modified it to suit some map making skills.
This is the Command:
/execute at Playername as Playername run setblock ~ ~-1 ~ minecraft:Block
You can change the -1 so that the block spawns in you (1 or 0 will do if you want a firey trail behind you).
