also I believe you spawn in the desert. This is to give some difficulty fun to the game in getting your starting wood from the oasis areas. As you progress you will work your way around the map :)

furthermore any feed back on stuff I missed or need to implement such as problems finding animals, or food issues, or ideas to better terrain I always love feed back :) so feel free to give me plunty of suggestions for future maps
