This is the Vulcan, the biggest airship I have done to date. The reason it's so much larger is simple, because this is the flagship of the Europa 7th Armada. Known as the Armada of Steel the 7th Armada symbol is a simple anvil and hammer. The Vulcan itself comes equipped with the basic necessities of a warship of its caliber. This massive metal monstrosity is given lift by its 8 powerful thrusters and 4 propellers and push with its massive tri-thrusters situated at the back. It has 6 large metal legs to keep the weight of the ship off the propellers when it lands. With 39 cannons (35 of which are functional) and 24 rockets the Vulcan lives up to its title as a flagship. The Admiral of the 7th Armada is as unbreakable as the ship he captains, that is why his captains quarters are located on the deck of the ship in plain sight tempting all enemies to challenge his indomitable might. Below the Admirals Quarters is the control room where the ship is piloted. Below the deck is the crew quarters, the medical bay, the secondary control room (which contains a redstone surprise), the mess hall, and many cannons. The bottom level contains the massive engines required to power the thrusters and the propellers. It also contains a forge where weapons and armor are made on site, a gym to keep the crew in peak physical condition, beyond that are 2 water tanks which contain the ships water supply, beyond that are two storage rooms, and finally the brig which contains 6 cells to hold low level prisoners but, at the very back is the maximum security holding cell built to hold the worst of the worst, it is kept in perpetual darkness to keep the prisoner off balance and prevent escape, the bed is also designed with a form of water torturer to once again keep the prisoner off balance. Note this room is meant for only the most heinous of criminals, those who the Empire of Europa cannot afford to allow to escape until the are transported to maximum security prison.

Additional Notes

I built this with Johnsmith and Glimmar's steampunk texture packs in mind. I find that i really really like how Glimmer's look from the outside but on the inside it looks kinda dark.
