Hi there ! 

This project is my latest work when it comes to high standard estates. It lays in the wonderful warp waterfront on the world of keralis server.
My thoughts and ideas during the planning was to pull the house off the street to get more privacy and less traffic noise from the street. Stay Realistic ! ;D 2nd idea was to create shadow areas where you can cool down and not be attacked by the sun all the time - keep in mind its a beach plot. The best solution for me was to create that overhang which spends much shadow for chillaxin'.

the house features:

the guest house features:

- bedroom
- bathroom

- office
- terrace
